SHIPPING INFORMATION

We do our best to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday - Friday). Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at support@kanutsports.com.

If there are any issues with the delivery of an order, including non-delivery or damaged items, kanutsports.com must be notified within 14 days of the shipping date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund. Please contact support@kanutsports.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, Kanut Sports is unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

After an order has shipped, we are unable to schedule a return to sender. Please proceed with a standard return once the order is delivered.

FREIGHT FORWARDERS & RESTRICTED ADDRESSES

Kanut Sports does not ship to freight forwarders under any circumstances. We currently do not offer delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
