RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging included.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Please check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank for additional information.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@kanutsports.com and mail your item to us.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item once the return is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

SHIPPING

We offer free return shipping on U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery.

After initiating a return, you will receive instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
